    <strong>The terms and conditions on activity log information</strong>

    A. Activity log information
</p>
<p>
    As provided in the Terms, your activity log information listed below will be used for the provision and quality maintenance of the following services
    offered under the Service. The activity log information on your TV, as described below, will be collected on servers owned by Toshiba or one of its service
    partners. Activity log data will be linked to the Device ID. Purpose of the linking to the Device ID is to recommend TV shows to you as well as to enable
    our MediaGuide Replay service to record programs for you based on your viewing history. The data stored is, however, not used to personally identify
    individual users. The activity log information will also be used for compiling statistics in conjunction with multiple other users, and may be used for
    marketing purposes or shared with third parties for these purposes.

    Please note that, regardless of the Service availability or unavailability in your country, if you select the “Agree” option to these Terms and Conditions
    of activity log information, the activity log information such as channel changes on your device will be collected and might be used as explained above.

</p>

    The activity log information collected from your TV may include the following:

    program reserve information, reserve type, reserve mode, program information, channel information, program start time, program end time, program title,
    record option, repeat mode setting, origin, reserve start time, reserve end time, application name, rating, error code

    Program record:
</p>
<p>
    record detail information, record information, program information, channel information, program start time, program end time, program title, content type,
    record start time, record end time, record option, repeat mode setting, rating, external USB storage information
</p>
<p>
    Recorded program edit:
</p>
<p>
    deletion reason, deleted content, program information, channel information, program start time, program end time, program title, content type, record start
    time, record end time, rating, external USB storage information

    Live viewing of program:
</p>

    channel information, device power state

    (3) Auto Content Recognition (ACR)
</p>
<p>
    Whatever you are watching will transmit a fingerprint to the servers of a third party content provider, Free Stream Media Corp. d/b/a Samba TV, USA. Such
    fingerprint consists of system information only. Such system information will transmit which programme or medium is being watched. So any data sent via
    HDMI will transmit its fingerprint to the servers of Samba TV. These servers are located in the USA. Each fingerprint is linked to an IP address. All
    fingerprints are converted into statistical data informing about viewer behavior. The statistical data may be sold by Samba TV to third parties. Please
    note only anonymous statistical data without reference to the IP address may be sold to third parties.

    B. Advertising
</p>
<p>
    Be accepting these terms and conditions on activity log information you consent to having advertising being displayed during boot up and shut down of your
    TV.
</p>
<p>
    If you do not want to receive advertisements during boot up and shut down please do not accept these terms and conditions on activity log information.
</p>
<p>
    C. Changes
</p>
<p>
    ・ You can change the settings to the activity log information after you start using this Service by changing the setting from the “Agree” option to the
    “Disagree” option. From then on the activity log information will no longer be collected on servers and you will not receive any advertising as described
    above under B. Activity log information collected in the past will be deleted when you switch to “Disagree”.

    ・ The activity log information that a server collects from your device will be deleted from the server when you reset your device and the next time you
    connect to the network.
</p>
<p>
    ・ Your access rights to activity log information covering programs watched prior to that time and similar information will be unlinked to your device and
    become blocked.
</p>
