When you start Voice Control function, sound level of the TV becomes low.
Voice Control function may not work properly in the following conditions:
–Not pronouncing words clearly and correctly
–Speaking too loudly or too quietly.
–Surrounded by loud background noise.
Phrases other than Voice Command may not be recognised.

It is recommended to speak within approx. 15 cm from the microphone when using Touch Pad Controller.

It is recommended to speak within approx. 3 m from the front of TV when using the built-in microphone.
asr ^ touch_pad
Voice Control function may not work properly depending on the microphone of the smartphone.

Even if you have the internet environment, this function may not be available depending on the proxy setting. Please connect the internet without proxy settings. Human activity sensor
Available ranges for the human activity sensor
Distance: Within approx. 5 m
Horizontal: Within approx. 35°
Vertical (upward): Within approx. 15°
Vertical (downward): Within approx. 7.5°
Human activity sensor detects the gap between the room temperature and human body temperature. The available ranges may be different depending on the surrounding temperature, clothes, etc. Human activity sensor may mistakenly detect the heat source such as direct sunlight, animals (dog, cat, etc.), warm air from air conditioner, heater, electric pot, etc.
Sideways or lengthways movement can be detected easily, but back and forth movement or a slight movement may not be accurately detected.
Human activity sensor may not work properly when there is a reflecting object (mirror, etc.) in the available ranges or any objects between the human activity sensor and person.
